"Really easy to get started"
I had it set up in no time (which I really appreciated), and actually using it has been super simple so far. Everything just felt straightforward from the start.

"I got a Nixplay frame for..."
I got a Nixplay frame for my parents, adding photos through the app has been simple. Inviting other family members to send pictures worked without much hassle too, which was really the whole reason we wanted it in the first place.
The app does feel a little slow here and there, and some of the menus took me longer to figure out than they probably should have. Maybe that’s just me overthinking it, but overall it works well, looks nice, and does what we need.

"Easy warranty help when I needed it"
My nixplay frame quit working after a few months, and I just wanted a straightforward fix. I reached out to support, they got back to me quickly, asked for the usual details and a couple of photos, and then took care of the warranty replacement without turning it into a hassle. The new frame showed up and it’s working fine now. That’s really all you can ask for when something goes wrong, so I’m happy with how they handled it

"Pretty great screen at first glance"
My first reaction was that the screen looks really good. Photos come through sharp, and the colors look nice without feeling overdone.

"I’ve had this for about a year now..."
I’ve had this for about a year now the frame is still holding up really well. It still feels sturdy and reliable, so no big issues there. That said, I keep noticing the same little annoyances over and over, it can be a bit noisy sometimes, and I wish the finish held up a little better. Nothing major, but yeah, those small complaints are still there. Overall though, it’s still working great.

"WiFi works!! Syncing is a little slow sometimes..."
Overall, it’s a good frame!! The WiFi connected fine for me, and syncing works okay... though every now and then it can be a bit slow!!! Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable sometimes.
